[Database] Medline is produced by the U.S. National Library of Medicine. It is widely recognized as the premier source for bibliographic and abstract coverage of biomedical literature.   
Online tutorials for Medline are also available.
Royal Australasian College of Surgeons
[Website] The RACS is an internationally recognised organisation for 5400 surgeons who are based mainly in Australia and New Zealand. The College is also responsible for maintaining surgical standards in Australia and New Zealand through its Division of Fellowship and Standards.
Annals of surgery
[E-journal] Annals of Surgery is the highest ranked surgical journal (by impact factor) according to Journal Citation Reports (JCR), a resource tool for journal evaluation.
