Services for Off-Campus Users
Services for Off-Campus Users enable eligible staff and students to request books and journal articles from UNSW Library and other locations.

UNSW IT Services/Access to Library resources
ITS is responsible for delivering information and communication technology services to the UNSW community. They are responsible for services such as email and internet access. These services are also provided for Affiliated Hospital and Research Centre Staff.

In order to use these services and gain access to Library resources, you will need a Unipass. To apply for a Unipass you must fill out an application form. Conjoint staff must fill in the following form:Online Services Access for Conjoint Academic Appointments
The form must be signed by an authorised signatory within the School or Faculty you will be associated with during your appointment at UNSW.

Education and Training
UNSW Library provides Education and Training services and resources to improve the information skills of staff & students.

Subject Guides
The University Library has an extensive list of Subject Guides to help you with your research, including access to relevant databases, organisations, references sources, internet sites, journals, and online textbooks

Please note: your UNSW Staff ID card is your Library card. To obtain an ID Card contact FM Assist
All staff are required to have a UNSW Staff ID to access the Library's Off-campus Document Delivery Service
