""Examples of Refereed Journals
The examples below are refereed journals which are freely available via the internet. To see if a journal is peer-reviewed consult the journal information page (sometimes under the Information for Authors or Editorial section). Sometimes the information you need is not obvious. Look at the individual journal sites below to see different ways that a journal indicates that it is refereed. Note that not all information pages will use the term refereed. Instead they may mention that articles are reviewed by the editorial board, etc.
