UNSW staff and Postgraduate students requesting items not held at the UNSW Library should use Interlibrary Loans.

The UNSW Library has extensive collections in science, technology, medicine, law and in various areas of the social sciences and humanities. The Library's holdings of serial publications in these disciplines are particularly significant. This collection emphasises UNSW's strength as one of the leading research universities in Australia. Document Delivery is pleased to accept requests from libraries through the LADD, ILANET, AACOBS Forms, E-MAIL, FAX or ARIEL.
We do not accept telephone requests, however our experienced staff are available to answer your enquiries between 9.00am & 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Payment for these services may be made by: ALIA Vouchers, Cheque or Credit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD).
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. All prices include GST.
Quotations are provided for requests outside Australia.
