  This section of the Weblaw legal portal offers links to legislation, courts, key bodies and reports.
 The Environmental Portal
  Produced by the Commonwealth Department of the Environment and Heritage, this site provides links to government services, information by themes (e.g. atmosphere, inland waters), as well as to other directories and resources. 
Department of Environment and Heritage
      The Australian Government Department of the Environment and Heritage (DEH) develops  and implements national policy, programs and legislation to protect and conserve Australia's natural environment and cultural heritage.
Internet Resource Guide: Environmental Law
  The Department of the Parliamentary Library's directory of online resources including key organisations, legislation and reports.
 National Environmental Defender's Office Network
  A central site linking nine state-based centres, this site contains resources supporting the its functions.  These include providing legal representation, participate in environmental law reform and offering education programs. 
 Australian Centre for Environmental Law
  A centre at the Australian National University providing publications, working papers and online newsletters. 
 Macquarie University Centre for Environmental Law
  Provides information on the Centre's courses, publications and research projects.

 ECOLEX - A gateway to Environmental Law
  Provides access to treaties, national legislation, case law and literature. A joint site of the United Nations Environment Programme, the World Conservation Union and the Food and Agriculture Organization. 
 Foundation for International Law and Development (FIELD)
  An NGO that aims to develop international law as a means of protecting the environment and broadening access to environmental justice through developing international institutions and rules. 
 Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL)
  "A public interest, not-for-profit environmental law firm founded in 1989 to strengthen international and comparative environmental law and policy around the world." Includes information on programs, research projects and publications. 
 International Environmental Law Research Centre (IELRC)
  An independent research organisation focusing on international and comparative environmental law issues, with a particular emphasis on India and East Africa.
