MyCourse (Reserve) Submission Procedures

High-use course related items can be made available to students through the MyCourse collection.

Items that can be placed in MyCourse (Reserve):

  • books held by UNSW Library
  • book chapters /extracts not held by UNSW Library
  • links to electronic journal articles
  • print journal articles
  • privately owned materials
  • study kits
Adding items to MyCourse (Reserve)

MyCourse staff will locate and process resources held by the Library. Submit items not held by the Library to MyCourse Services in person. Alternatively contact your Faculty Outreach Librarian who will collect the items from you.

All items must be accompanied by a completed Adding Items to MyCourse form submitted either in person or electronically.

Study kits

Study kits must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the commencement of session to ensure they are available in the UNSW Bookshop at the start of session.

A completed Study Kit Request form must accompany all study kit materials submitted either in person, or electronically.
