Saving your

Saving, emailing, exporting |

or Printing your results

| Click
the Save/Mail button
if you wish to save or print all or a selected number
of records from your search results. Records can
be saved in either Short Citation, Full Record,
Marc & EndNote or Aleph Sequential format. Follow the Send/Mail
prompts. The results file can be either printed
or saved. |

| Emailing
your results
|

| Click
the Save/Mail button
to email all or a selected number of records from
your search results. Records can be emailed in either
Short Citation, Full Record, Marc & EndNote
or Aleph Sequential format. Fill in the required information
and follow the Send/Mail
prompts. |

| Exporting
to EndNote |
|
| At
this stage it is not possible to Direct Export results
from a MyCourse search to citation software such
as EndNote. However, it is possible to Save
and Import results from your MyCourse search to
EndNote. |

For
PC users only
To do this; from the MyCourse database:
1)
Save your search results in the MARC
& EndNote format on to your PC
2) Open EndNote and
Import your results.
Note: To do this you will need to download
a copy of the UNSW_Catalogue.enf
filter file and save it to your EndNote
filters folder. This filter file is also
available from the EndNote
Filters Web page.

| Saving
to My e-Shelf
|
|
| You
can collect a list of records across a number of
searches by using My e-Shelf.
To do this: |

1.
Select records of interest by clicking the checkboxes
from your search results
2. Click the Add
to My e-Shelf link to send selected records to
My e-Shelf
3. Click the My e-Shelf
tab to view the contents of My e-Shelf
4. Click the Save/Mail
link to save, print or email these records |

| Note:
Contents of the My e-Shelf is deleted
when you close your MyCourse session. While your MyCourse
session is open you can keep adding records to My e-Shelf. |
