Adding resources to your My Resources list
From the Find Resources results screen or MetaSearch screen click the icon to add a resource to the My Resources clipboard. The icon means you have already added the resource to My Resources.
 
 
Getting access to your My Resources list
To access your My Resources list click on the tab then the My Resources option. Resources which you have previously selected will be displayed in the clipboard on the right hand side of the screen.
 
 
Click the icon to remove a resource from the clipboard.
Clipboard items will stay on the clipboard until you remove them.
Click the icon to delete all resources on the clipboard.
You can search on individual resources by clicking on the name of the resource.
Go to the MetaSearch screen if you wish to search up to 8 of these resources at one time.
 
 
Creating smaller sets of resources from the clipboard
You can create smaller sets of resources from your clipboard. To do this:
1. Click the icon to create a new set
2. Give the set a name and description (description is optional)
3. Click the icon to copy a resource from the clipboard to your new set
 
Note: A set created in this way can contain up to 8 resources only.
Click the icon to change the name and description of your set.
Click the icon to delete a set you no longer want.
 
Sets can be searched on via the MetaSearch screen. Remember: only resources with the checkbox can be searched via MetaSearch.
 
Transferring all clipboard items to a new set
You can transfer all the resources which appear on the clipboard to a new set. This allows you to create sets of more than 8 items. To do this:
1. Click the icon displayed at the top of the clipboard
2. Give the new set a name
3. Resources will be transferred from the clipboard to the new set
 
 
Note: This function transfers the resources from the clipboard to a set, it does not copy. Once the transfer has taken place there will be no resources in the clipboard.
 
Sets can be searched on via the MetaSearch screen. Remember: only resources with the checkbox can be search via MetaSearch, and only 8 resources can be searched at one time.
