How to ... Using Sirius

 6 | About My Space
Sirius allows users to create their own customised spaces. For example you can create your own list of resources and ejournals which you use regularly, set up your own alerts, save searches you wish to run at a later date and save individual records you have found from searching a resource. These customisation features are available via the My Space option.
To access My Space click the tab from the top left hand side of the Sirius screen. You will need to log in using your staff/student number (with the s or z prefix) and your Unipass.
Options available from the My Space screen include:
My Resources: allows you to set up lists of your favourite resources
My eJournals: allows you to set up a list of your favourite ejournals
History: allows you to save MetaSearch searches and set up email alerts
eShelf: provides a space to save result records
Preferences: allows you to change display preferences on the system
Status Reports: provides information about electronic resource access problems
