The Web of Science delivers web-based access to the citation indexes, including: Science Citation Index; Social Sciences Citation Index; Arts and Humanities Citation Index
 
JCR is a resource tool for journal evaluation, using citation data drawn from over 8,400 journals from over 3,000 publishers worldwide.

CHASS Occasional paper
"Measures of quality and impact of publicly funded research in the arts humanities and social sciences". Nov 2005. Report of a project by the Council for the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CHASS) to find out a farier way to evaluate research, by focusing on the quality and impact of the diverse outputs of HASS research, such as books performances, reports to government, filsm, libretti and professional advice.
