Lost or stolen card

If your UNSW Library borrowing card is lost or stolen click on the following borrower links for procedures:

UNSW Users;
Non-UNSW Users.

To prevent illegal use of your card immediately report your lost or stolen card to:

FM Assist on (02) 9385 - 5111 (8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday);
and the Library on (02) 9385 2650 (opening hours);
replacement cards can be obtained from FM Assist, Level 2, Mathews Building.
