Your Borrower Record

How to view your Borrower Information:

  1. - Use the "Your Borrower Record" link in the top right corner of any Library Resources Database (LRD) screen
    - or the "Your Borrower Record" link on the UNSW Library home page
    - or this link Borrower Record ;

  2. you will be prompted to enter your staff/student number (with the Lowercase s or z prefix) and your Unipass);
  3. Please note: If you do NOT have a Unipass, such as Non-UNSW Users, please use your Library Card Number in the first box (lowercase x, e.g. x1234567891012) and your date of birth in the second box (dd/mm/yyyy, e.g. 09/09/1990);
  4. this will open the Borrower Information screen;
  5. when you have finished select the End Session link on the top right of the page.

Your Borrower Record allows you to

  • check what items you have out on loan;
  • renew books you have out on loan;
  • access your loan history i.e. what you have had out on loan in the past;
  • check what Reservations you have placed;
  • check when your reserved items (holds) are available for pick up - you will also be sent an e-mail notice reminder;
  • check for recalled items (an item you have out on loan that has been reserved by another borrower) - you will also be sent an e-mail notice reminder;
  • check any outstanding fines.
Further information

  • check your Borrower Record at least twice/week;
  • regularly check your e-mail account for Library notices;
  • contact borrower enquiries.
